My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms provided all the necessary amenities for a business trip, although they had a basic feel akin to a prison cell. Despite this, the hotel staff took good care of everything, including our luggage. The location was convenient, being close to Mikuni Station, which made exploring the area easy. However, the location was a bit outside the center and initially hard to find, but the traditional Japanese shopping street setting was charming. The service was exceptional, with staff being extremely friendly and going out of their way to assist us despite our language barriers. The dining options, offering local and western choices, were satisfying, even though western selections were limited. Overall, a great value for money hotel with a genuine local experience feel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room, although small by Japanese standards, was one of the most beautiful and stylish rooms I've ever had. The service was excellent, especially with their efforts to communicate in English. The location was outstanding, right outside the hotel door was a fresh food market street that offered the best apple I've ever had. The dining options were rich and tasty with a mix of local and western choices. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few minor downsides.
