Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms provided all the necessary amenities for a business trip, although they had a basic feel akin to a prison cell. Despite this, the hotel staff took good care of everything, including our luggage. The location was convenient, being close to Mikuni Station, which made exploring the area easy. The dining options were varied and tasty, catering to both local and western preferences.
I stayed at this hotel in Osaka and had a surprisingly good experience. The rooms, though basic in design, were comfortable, clean, and very close to Mikuni Station, making it super easy to explore the city. The bathroom was lovely, with a nice shower, sink, and complimentary toiletries and slippers. However, the location was a bit outside the center and initially hard to find, but the traditional Japanese shopping street setting was charming. The service was exceptional, with staff being extremely friendly and going out of their way to assist us despite our language barriers. The dining options, offering local and western choices, were satisfying, even though western selections were limited. Overall, a great value for money hotel with a genuine local experience feel.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, though beautifully styled, were on the smaller side, reminiscent of a basic prison cell. However, they were surprisingly soundproof. The service, while very friendly and helpful despite language barriers, lacked the assistance of taking luggage to the room. The outstanding location on a traditional Japanese shopping street near Mikuni Station added a genuine local touch, with easy access to transportation. The dining options offered a mix of local and western dishes, but the limited choices for western preferences were a letdown. The facilities were decent, but the dining experience was below expectations.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were plenty large enough with room to move about and plenty of storage space, but they felt a bit small being in Japan. The price was fair, given that the room size was the biggest we had in Japan.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room, although small by Japanese standards, was one of the most beautiful and stylish rooms I've ever had. The service was excellent, especially with their efforts to communicate in English. The location was outstanding, right outside the hotel door was a fresh food market street that offered the best apple I've ever had. The dining options were rich and tasty with a mix of local and western choices. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few minor downsides.
